- Return Requirements
Timeframe: You must request a return within [30 days] of receiving your item.
Item Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, or undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and gifts. - Return Process
Request a Return: Please contact our Customer Support team via email with your order number and reason for return.
Obtaining a Return Authorization: Customer Service will verify your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure you send this number along with your return. - Return Shipping
For US Orders: We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
International Orders: The customer is responsible for international return shipping, regardless of the reason for the return.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
